Grilling

Learn the art of the BBQ. As summer approaches you will want to take the heat out of your house and put the sizzle on your grill. You will learn techniques of grilling and marinating meats and vegetables to bring out their flavors. Side dishes and spicy salsas will also be discussed. A $7 supply fee is payable to instructor in class. Instructor: April Berg.
