
Get fit and feel healthy by exercising your whole body from head to toe. Class involves simple, controlled movements during warm-up, stretching, active exercise, and cool down cycles to increase your cardiac output and to tone arms, midsection and legs. Wear appropriate shoes and bring an exercise mat and towel. Wrist weights are optional. Both men and women are welcome to jointhis class. Ages: 14
