Kali - Arnis - Escrima Class

Kali is a Filipino martial art specializing in the use of sticks to develop coordination, balance and techniques. Although Kali is known for more aggressive attacks, this program will also emphasize and focus on the gentle side of the art. Students will learn to defend themselves on all range of attacks, armed and unarmed. Students will also learn the art of trapping. Hand and Empty Hand Combat. Taught by a certified instructor through IKF. 17 yrs - Adult class.
