Develop strong mind and body through the Korean art of Taekwondo and Kali -the Filipino martial arts. This program is designed to enhance the students coordination, balance, flexibility and endurance while learning the fine ar t of sel-defense. Good character and positive attitude. Ages: 6-16 yrs. No class on May 25.
