Gymnastics - Beginner Ability Level

Students build flexibility, strength, coordination and self-confidence through basic tumbling, floor exercises and low beam workouts. Participants are placed in classes according to age and ability. Class 1400 is for Beg 5-7 yrs, class 1401 is for Beg 8-12 yrs.
