Step and Sculpt

Get yourself up and in shape first thing in the morning. Step & Sculpt class gives you an aerobic workout as well as the opportunity to use weights to help strengthen upper and lower body.No need to pre-register, just drop in when you can.A sliding scale fee is also available. Babysitting is available at most times for $1.50 per hour.
