The park offers over 13,000 acres of wilderness area and has over 65 miles of trails. Activities are camping, hiking, mountain bike riding and horseback riding. No rentals are provided but the experience is well worth your time.
The camp ground has 9 primitive campsites. 6 are for tents or campers and 3 are for equestrians. Picnic tables, drinking water, fire rings (when conditions permit), and chemical toilets are provided. There are 8 persons allowed per campsite. All facilities are on a first-come, first-serve basis. A special use permit or a group permit is needed for groups of 25 and over and must be reserved through the Sector Office 30-45 days in advance. Please remember that you are a visitor and this is the home of wildlife - act accordingly. Common courtesy is expected to all the different species here.

*Two vehicles are allowed to park at each campsite. All other extra vehicle
must park in the Equestrian Staging Area.
**Seeing eye dogs admission is
free. All dogs must stay on their leash at all times and remain on Bane
Canyon Road. For health, safety and resource protection, dogs are not allowed in
the backcountry.
Fees are payable upon entrance to the park. If park staff are not available upon your arrival, please deposit your payment in the courtesy envelopes provided. Please read the instructions and place the stub on your driver side dashboard.

Maps of the Park are available at the Visitor Center, as well as other Park

Water
Water is available at the Visitor Center, Lower Aliso campground,
Equestrian Staging area, Dayuse Parking spaces, and the Scenic Overlook.
Safety
Remember to keep vehicles locked and to keep valuables tucked Out Of
Sight and Locked Up Tight.
Off-Road Vehicles
To protect our park's natural beauty' and to give its wild creatures a safe
place to make their homes, vehicles Are Not Allowed off-road. You can
help protect our park by reporting off-road activity to the rangers.
No Gathering is allowed. This includes dead wood because it provides
food and homes for park critters. This also includes all animal, plant and
insect life. Each of these has a special job to do in Nature's plan.
Corrals and Watering Troughs
Corrals and Watering Troughs are for horses only. Those who use them are
asked to leave them clean and in working order for other park guests.

Group Events require a Special Permit and advance notice. For information

ask the Ranger.
Chino Hills State Park is located 10 miles North of the City of Corona. From the 91 Freeway take Highway 71 North to Butterfield Ranch Road and turn Left. Go North to Soquel Canyon Road and turn Left onto Elinvar. At Elinvar and Sapphire is the entrance to the park on the Right side (South off Sapphire).
