

A strength training variation of Jazzercise mixing a minimum of 25 minutes of fat burning aerobics with circuit routines, modified to use weights and Xertubes in an interval-type format. Xertubes may be purchased in class for $5. Class is co-ed for all levels of ability. Mats are not provided. Ages 16-Adult.
