Friends of Cypress Cultural Arts (FOCCA)

A non profit corporation established in 1987 to promote and support the arts in the Cypress community. Involved in such activities as the arts scholarship program, Oktoberfest, Cypress Celebrates the Arts and community concerts, FOCCA is deeply interested in quality in the arts community.
