Introduction to Traditional Sailing

During two 6 hour sessions (12 hours) students learn the basics of helmsmanship, points of sail and sail trim on the Nautical Heritage Society's 44-foot classic wooden racing sloop. Coastal navagation and spinnaker handling will be introduced. This course is for anyone who wants to gain experience and learn more about crewing on a large yacht.
