

Here's a fitness program that is fun, affordable and designed to make you look good and feel great. Each one-hour class includes warnm-up, 30 min of low impact aerobic dance, muscle toning and strengthing followed with a final stretch and cool-down for a total body workout. All fitness levels are welcome and student are encouraged to work at their own pace. Bring your own hand weights for added strength training and a mat or beach towel for the floor routines.
