This 50 min Jazzercise Body Sculpting class is designed to work specific muscle groups through weight training techniques using light handweights and xertubes. The focus of each class is to strengthen and tone abdominals, upper torso, gluteals, hamstring inside and outside thighs and promote relaxation through stretching. Bring a mat or beach towel for the floor routines. Bring your own hand weights. Xertubes are optional and available for purchase at class. No aerobic work is involved. Sign up at class.
