General Information

• We Don't like to cancel classes...but sometimes it is necessary before the first meeting when pre-enrollments are low.
• Your registration might be the one that enables the class to be held.
• Please pre-register!
• If you have not received confirmation or a receipt, you may call 724-6610 to verify enrollment.
• Please print this program information (time, date, etc.) for future reference.
• MasterCard or Visa are accepted.
• Activities may be canceled if a minimum number of participants fail to register.
• Activity prices and information are subject to change.
• A receipt will be mailed to participants to verify enrollment and payment status only. It is the participant's responsibility to attend the program or call to verify enrollment status if a receipt is not received.
• Activity prices and information are subject to change.
• Contracted classes held at City Park facilities beyond normal operating hours are subject to an Extended Hours fee. This fee is noted on all affected classes and is required prior to enrollment.
• If you need any special accommodations for any activities, please notify satff at the time of registration.

The Irvine Youth Services Center at Heritage Park offers equipment for events.

• Family reunion, birthday party or just a get-together, equipment is available anytime and day.
• Call 724-6750 for information and reservations.

Picnic Bag:

Game equipment available, including:

• Frisbees, softballs, bats, bases, volleyballs, and a horse shoe set.
• Fee: $15

Tables & Chairs:

• Rectangular tables and folding chairs can be rented for a 48 hour period of time.
• Fees vary depending on equipment.

• A soundproof band rehearsal room is available for use by bands looking for an uninterrupted place to practice.
• Reservations are accepted at the Youth Services Center, Monday through Sunday.
• There is an hourly fee for the usage.

Refund Information

• Full refunds are issued for any class canceled by the City or Instructor.
• Student requested refunds and transfers are available, subject to a $10 service fee.
• Refund processing takes 3-4 weeks from the date of the request. The City will mail all refund checks.
• Charge accounts will not be credited.
• Sorry, no refunds will be issued for excursions. Kid's Klubs, or special events, unless canceled.

Refunds can be requested by calling 724-6610, or by completing a refund request from available at City Parks and other facilities.

Please review the following to ensure your refund:

Classes: (4 or more mtgs.)

• Requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the second meeting or within 24 hours after the first meeting if class meets more than once per week.

Workshops: (1 to 3 meetings)

• Requests must be received one week prior to the first meeting.

This refund policy only covers programs in which registration is available through Class Registration.
