A $15 fee is charged on all returned checks. Non-Residents will be charged a $2 non-resident fee per registration. Please enclose this fee when registering to ensure enrollment. Families enrolling more than one child in a class or special event will receive a 25% discount for additional children enrolled. Financial assistance is available for qualifying families. Full refunds are issued for any class cancelled by the City. Refund requests made prior to the start of an activity will be granted without explanation but will be subject to a $5 service charge per request. Refund requests made during the course of an activity will be prorated and then subject to a $5 service charge per request. Refund processing takes 3-4 weeks from the date of request. The City will mail all refund checks.
