General Information

• All recreation programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We encourage advance registration for all our programs.
• No registration can be taken at classes, since most instructors need to know their enrollment at least two or three days prior to their starting date.
• We accept cash, checks (made payable to the City of La Palma), Money orders, and Visa or Mastercard for amounts in excess of $21.
• Non-Residents will pay an additional $5.00 fee per class.

Refund Information

Requests for refunds will be honored by Recreation & Community Services only if they are made at least one (1) day prior to the start of classes with one or two meetings. On classes that consist of three or more meetings, the request for a refund must be made before the second class meeting. No refunds will be given after the second class meeting. An $11.00 processing charge will be deducted from all request refunds. A full refund will be made only when a class or program is filled or cancelled by Recreation & Community Services. Absolutely no refunds can be given for excursions.
