General Information

You may now register for any class by just picking up your phone. You are registered unless notified. If your first choice is filled, you will automatically be placed in your alternate choice. You will be notified if a class is full or if there is any change in time or location. You must preregister for all classes. Registration will not be taken at class.

Special Assistance:
If you need special accommodations for any activities, please notify the Community Services Department at the time of registration.

Classes:

To avoid confusion of session and class numbers mentioned in the course description and the dates for which you want to sign up for, please read the following:

• All class numbers listed are 4 digits long.
• Session numbers mentioned in course description (i.e. Session 301, 302, etc.) have a two digit extension to the class number to identify different dates for each class. An example would be: 335001. Make sure when filling out information on the form that you include the entire session number after the class number (i.e. 3350301).
  

Refund Information

A $5 administration fee will be charged for all refunds. A full refund will be issued when classes are filled or cancelled by the Community Services Department. Refunds must be requested before the 2nd class meeting. Refund request will not be granted after the second class meeting. One day workshops must have one week notice for a refund to be granted.

Please note:
If your initial payment was by check, we will need to see a copy of that canceled check before the refund can be processed.
