General Information

• Class instructors will not be allowed to accept money.
• Space permitting, mail-in registration forms will be available at the first class meeting and must be postmarked or walked in to the Department of Community Services within 48 hours of first class meeting.
• To enroll after the first class meeting, instructor approval is necessary.

• We don't like to cancel classes but sometimes it is necessary before the first meeting when pre-registrations are low.
• Your registration might be the one that enables the class to continue.
• Please pre-register!

Points to remember:

• Fees are non-transferable.
• Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
• No telephone registration.
• No registration after 3rd class meeting.
• Mail-in takes priority.

Refund Information

• If a class is cancelled by the department, the registrant will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
• Absolutely no refunds permitted after the second class meeting.
• For activities meeting twice or less, refund must be requested 36 hours prior to start date.
• A $10.00 administration fee will be charged for refunds and will be mailed to person requesting such refund.
