Pre-registration is required for all classes and programs. Registration will not be accepted in the classroom.
All classes and programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment quotas are not met. Participants will be notified at least 3 days prior to program date.
Children may not remain in adult classes during instruction time.
Staff is not available to supervise children before or after scheduled classes. For your child's safety, please make certain that the instructor is present before leaving.
Schedules, instructors and fees are correct up to the latest possible minute before publication, but may be subject to change.
The Placentia Recreation and Human Services Department offers high quality recreation events, programs and activities. If you are not completely satisfied with an activity, contact our office at (714) 933-8232 and we will arrange for you to: repeat the class at no charge, receive a credit that can be applied to another class or receive a refund.
A full refund will be made in the event an activity is cancelled by the City prior to the starting date. Other refund requests must be made before the second class meeting and will be evaluated on the nature of the request. A $3 administrative fee is charged to process each refund request. Applications for refunds may be made in person or over the telephone. Refund checks will be mailed within three weeks following the request.
