General Information

  1. No telephone registration is accepted.

  2. Make checks payable to: City of San Juan Capistrano.

  3. The City reserves the right to substitute instructors as necessary.

  4. Class fee does not include lab fee. Lab fees are due to instructor first day of class.

  5. Holidays: No Classes will be held on the following days: Jan 15, Feb 16 and 19.

  6. Individuals registering for class must meet the age requirement prior to the first class meeting.

  7. A receipt acknowledging your registration will be mailed to you.

  8. All participants, or their parent/guardian, must sign a City liability waiver form.

  9. If you need special accommodations, please notate in designated space on the registration form.

  10. Registration will not be taken in class - register early to ensure the class will meet its minimum enrollment.



Class Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation: If a class is cancelled by the City, and automatic refund will be processed and mailed to you.

  2. Refund Policy: Notificatication must be received by City 7 days prior to first class meeting. After classes begin, refunds will be given for reasons of injury or relocation. No refund request will be accpeted after current quarter ends. And administrative fee of $10 will be charged for all refunds. Fees will be charged for any classes attended.

  3. Classes will be subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.

  4. Classes are subject to cancellation and change without public notice.
