

This group exhibition examines how technical advances of the computer such as morphing, seamless cut and paste and other special effects have created a new type of photographic depiction of human beings that may appear "real" but is indeed fictions. The artists included, who are innovators in this area are: Hohn Boskovitch, Nancy Burson, Keith Cottingham, Meg Cranston, Rose Freedland, Ken Gonzalez-Day, Richard Hawkins, Inez Van Lamsweerde, Daniel Lee, Mariko Mori, Joseph Santaromanna, Don Suggs, William Wegman, and Pae White.
