Baking Technique Series

In part one of this cooking series, the techniques of cake baking will be discussed. Triple Sec nut cake, sponge with lemon cream, fudge torte and coconut angel cake will be demonstrated. Part two covers pies and tarts. We will prepare raspberry cream cheese, apple galette, Kay Lime pie, and cherry lattice pie. Material fee of $10($20 for both classes) payable to instructor.
