

This Mexican cooking "Hands On" class will be a real eye-opener how many of the classic sauces are prepared in your favorite restaurant. The menu includes Salsa Verde, Fiesta Fruit Salsa, Enchilada Sauce, and here is the twist! Your chef will supply glass jars which we will sanitize and fill in class. You will prepare from scratch one pound of healthy spicy fresh ground turkey chorizo sausage to take home. Please NO last day registration due to specialized shopping. Material fee is $8.
