Looking for a more vigorous Arthritis Water Exercise class? This class offers the joint range-of-motion and stretching exercises of our Arthritis Water Exercise Program, plus 20 minutes of lite aerobics and a variety of muscle strengthening exercises using the pool"noodle" for a complete arthritis water workout.Prerequisite Prior To Registration Acceptance: Participation At The Free Sample Class Monday, March 23,1998, 1:00-2:00pm or Thursday, March 26, 12:45-1:45pm.
