For students who have completed an introductory class from an accredited instructor and wish to refine an deepen their skills. You will learn to integrate the original movements with 6 more forms into a beautiful, continuous flowing meditation. Ages: Adult/Senior/Level II. Qi Gong skills will also be taught.
