The 13-room home of Huntington Beach pioneers William T. and Mary Newland isan excellent example of the Queene Anne-style of architecture found in the latter part of the Victorian era. It was erected in 1898 on the large acreage owned by the Newlands when the community was known as the Pacific City. The house is Orange County Historical Commission site #9.
