Information required:
1.Submit a letter of request which includes the following:
A. Applicant's name
B. Address and daytime telephone number
C. Contact person (individual) and daytime telephone number
D. Job address and name of owner, if not applicant
E. Type of activity
F. Name of facility involved
G. Significant background or related information
2. Submit four (4) sets of scaled plans, prepared in accordance with O.C.F.C.D. Design Manual, Orange County Highway Design Manual and Orange County Standard Plans, which include the following:
A. Facility/channel name
B. Vicinity map
C. Names and distances to nearest cross streets
D. Channel engineering stationing
E. Property/right-of-way lines (labeled as such)
F. Right-of-way dimensions
G. Existing fencing, road ways, bike trails, gates, etc.
H. Access area
I. Entry or crossing details (profile/section details)
J. Dimensions of structures
K. North arrow, and scale used
L. Signed and stamped by a registered Civil Engineer
M. Hydraulics/hydrology and structural calculations, if applicable
3. Filing Fee of $50.00. This fee is non-refundable; however, it will be applied to balance of fees required by Resolution 94-300.
Upon receipt of the above, County Property Permits Division will coordinate review of your application package and advise you of additional fees, surety deposit, insurance and other items required prior to permit issuance.
