12th Annual El Camino Real Chili Cook-Off

Don't miss the opportunity to sample some of the best chili around! Sunday, June 2nd from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Streets of Old Towne Tustin. This year's event will feature over 30 chili teams, country entertainment, contestsw, food and beverages. For more information please call 573-3326.







Concerts in the Park

This year's summer concert series will be better than ever! All concerts are held at Peppertree Park located at First and "C" Streets in the city of Tustin. Concerts begin at 6:15 p.m.

Refreshments are available at the park. Bring your picnic suppers, blankets and lawn chairs. Then sit back and enjoy this summertime musical entertainment.


Tustin's Free Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular

Thursday, July 4, 7:30 p.m.

Tustin High School Stadium
1171 El Camino Real

Join us for a Free! "piece of the sky" in three dimensional colorful displays to enchant and excite.

This year's extravaganza entitled "Olympic Magic" will light past, present and future olympaic moments. This promises to be a fabulous show!

Have your own picnic dinner on the school grounds or purchase refreshments from the snack stand as earl as 6:30 p.m., amd remember it's Free!

Co-sponsored by the Tustin City Council and the Tustin Unified School District.


Game Basket

Having a company picnic, family reunion, or group outing? Plan to rent the Game Basket! A complete supply of balls, bats, bases, frisbees, and horseshoes is included. This service is available during any weekend or 48 hour period of time. Reservations at City Hall include a $5 resident, $7.50 non-resident fee and a refundable $50 deposit. Looking to have a fun time working with people in City Recreation programs? Then we have the spot for you - be a volunteer! Volunteers can be a part of the El Camino Real Chili Cook-Off, Youth Track Meet and Clinic, Halloween Carnival, Spring Eegg Hunt, Youth Arts Carousel, Park Programs, Tustin Area Senior Center and more. Let us know what you would like to do. Call 573-3326, to put your name on file for our special events. Groups and individuals 14 years and older are welcome to participate. Get involved. Do it now!
