Come sample from sumptuous culinary menus and learn from an authentic Cordon Bleu Chef. Your taste buds will warm up with the weather!Fee includes recipes and demonstrations.Ages: 16 & up.The following classes are available and in order.April - Soups and Bread Italian meatball and tortellini soup with baby spinach; whole wheat oat bread with golden raisins; regional fish stew with pinenuts and porcini mushrooms.May - Asparagus Supreme Fresh asparagus soup with basil cream soup; white and green asparagus and mushroom salad with grilled chicken, toasted almonds and pear vinaigrette; asparagus and goat chese tart; roasted asparagus and caramelized red onion quesadillas with black bean corn salsa.June - Summer Seafood Brochette of swordfish with leek and tomato compote and sherry wine vinegar sauce; baked halibut with olive tarragon bread crumbs on roasted garlic coulis; sauteed salmon with fresh corn and bacon; sea bass with pinenuts and wild mushrooms.
