Several buldings of the original town of Irvine, including a large agricultural warehouse or 'bean shed' (1896), the Irvine Bean and Grain Growers Association building (1947), Irvine General Store (1910), the Irvine Hotel (circa1914), an old blacksmith shop (1914) and a farmhouse are on the site. The b uildings have been restored and converted for modern use.
