Painting Abstraction

This class will explore the techniques, theories and concepts of abstract painting. Students will work in various media and styles and will learn to discuss and understand his or her work through art historical references and personal investigation. The inspiration for shapes and imagery will come from sources such as emotion and chance. Each painting will be discussed and critiqued. This class is for all levels.
