Tues. and Thurs. - Jazzercise begins with a warm-up, a dance aerobic segment, muscle toning and flexibility exercises and a cool down. The instructor demonstrate both challenging a high intensity movements and low impact, lighter intensity movements enabling all students to work at their own level and pace. Mon. - Circuit Training intermingles strength training routines using weights and Xertubes. Tennis shoes required. Bring a towel or mat. New students come 10 min. early to register.
