USA Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Class

Learn the basic principles of Karate. Kicks, blocks, strikes and stances are some of the skills that will be taught. Karate will help build your confidence and improve physical fitness. The instructor has a 5th degree black belt. Ages 5 and up.
