Springboard Diving Instruction Class

The Crown Valley diving program, for ages 7 and up, offers beginning, intermediate, and advanced lessons. Beginning divers will gain confidence and self-esteem while receiving instruction on conditioning, flexibility, body control, forward and backward approaches, water entries, and basic dives.
