A short one quarter mile trail that begins on the west side of Wood Canyon trail a short distance from the ranger station and ends at Cave Rock. Cave Rock is one of several sandstone rock outcroppings in Wood Canyon that featurea cavity (cave) created historically (most likely) by water erosion from pr ehistoric oceanic wave action.
