Vocabulary & Writing Skills.The vocabulary portion of this program will introduce you to effective and fun techniques for learning vocabulary. You will ultimately leave the course with a new found appreciation for learning new words, along with a better understanding of how to continue to enhance your own vocabulary.In the writing seminar, you will learn how to write effective introductions, supporting paragraphs and conclusions. In addition, you will learn how to write an in-class essay and much, much more.Ages: 13-17 yrs. Class meets in the community education complex, Rm. 3.
