All aboard for a ride on the Sunday Scenic Limited. We start our day with a drive up thye coast to Oxnard. The Strawberry Capital of the world. We'll stop off at one or two local stands where you'll have a chance to purchase some of the just-picked berries. From there, we turn inland rambling along the back roads of Ventura County to the little town of fillmore. Here you'll climb aboard the Sunday Scenic Limitied, a vintage railroad for a leisurely three hour train ride with a private luncheon served in the historic dining car! You'll amble past farmlands & the tranquil countryside, all the while enjoying lunch and being entertained by on-board musicians! Upon returning to fillmore, your motor coach will return home via the back roads, (& strawberry stands for additional fruit purchases). Don't miss this great adventure.
