Trail follows Trabuco Creek. Currently, only the 1 mile section of trail from the equestrian area to the oak grove day use are is open to public use. The remaining 6 mile trail follows the Arroyo Trabuco truck trail that winds through 1,000 acres of native grasslands, and oak and sycamore woodlands. Altough the trail doesn't provide much terrain variation, it does provide a beautiful and excellent wilderness experience.
