Introduction to Shield Class

This is the transition class from small boats to keel boats of 27-30 feet. Students should know dinghy sailing basics. With an aide on each boat, seamanship skills, skippering, reefing, right-of-way rules, jibing and the safe handling of a larger boat will be covered. Ages: Adults. Session 301, 302.
