Buggie Buddies- A Sally Stanton Fit/Prog

This is a super mommy and me walking class, perfect for the busy or not-so-busy mom. Come early to enjoy the playground equipment. Then we pair up and take a vigorous walk-an opportunity to get back in shape while socializing with nursing, pregnant and recent moms. You're sure to enjoy the support group. Adult class.
