This 1 hour 15 min class will include a warm-up, upper body strengthening exercises, endurance training for all major muscle groups and a cool-down stretch. Participants at all fitness levels,including both beginners and trained athletes, will enjoy the benefits of Reebok Bodywalk techniques. Adult class. Session 101.
