Soccercise - Women's Soccer

This unique exercise program is designed for women who enjoy competitive sports in a non-competitive atmosphere. Participants will learn basic skills, rules and fundamentals of soccer, and enjoy playing games. This class is geared for fun, exercise and camaraderie. Ages: Adult. Session 101.
