Advanced Big Boats

All aspects of sailing big boats offshore: sail selection, light and heavy weather sailing techniques, proper handling of big boat gear. Taught aboard the ocean racer,"Saudade", there is a heavy emphasis on spinnaker work, including jibing. This course is for those with a solid grasp of the basics aboard a big boat. Students should complete Intro to Big Boats and Advanced Shields before taking this class. Ages: Adult.Call for discounts.No class 5/31.
