Aikido is a non-aggresive self-defense method that does not require superior strength, but uses an attackers own strength to render him harmless. Aikido develops self-confidence, improves attentiveness and teaches self-discipline and respect. Students registering for both Wednesday and Saturday class will recive a $10 discount.
