This course is for the recreational boat owner taking out friends, bareboat charterers, and professional skippers. More than simple legal responsibilities, you will learn what makes a good skipper and how to become one. You will learn how to choose a crew, what skills are most important, how to handle conflicting personality traits, and how to get things done your way. Day trips and longer off shore passage making will be included.
