Far more than an overnight RV stopover, Newport Dunes is a full service destination resort. Our non-membership park spreads out over 100 acres of private beach along Newport's scenic Back Bay.
Each well-manicured site offers full hook-ups. Double-wide spaces are separated by individual fences with clinging tropical vines, creating a soothing, natural barrier. You'll have direct access to the water and magnificent views of the bay. All in all, Newport Dunes Resort sets new standards for the RV park.
Our Mediterranean style village is the warm and friendly center of activity. Use the clubhouse as a gathering place for family and friends. Visit our private grocery store to stock up on supplies for a potluck dinner. Enjoy the swimming pool, spa, tiled showers and big screen TV; plus two full kitchens and an ample laundromat. If cooking's not on the menu, stroll to Newport Dunes' waterfront Back Bay Cafe.
Civilized luxuries and the beauty of nature in a very affordable package, all this and more is waiting for you at Newport Dunes Waterfront RV Resort.
Newport Dunes' social director will fill you in on the calendar of activities. Thanks to the wonderful Mediterranean climate, you can enjoy outdoor activities almost any time of the year.
Build a sandcastle or go sailing. Try an invigorating water aerobics class. Ride a bike to the nearby ecological reserve or take a leisurely nature walk. Try your luck at horseshoes or bingo. Enjoy a good workout in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center. And don't forget your boat. You can keep it trailered right in the park or rent a guest slip at Newport Dunes' marina.
Find out for yourself why our guests call us the ultimate RV destination.
