

Hatha Yoga is a physical discipline which improves flexibilty, strength andebalance, asanas(postures) clear the joints while stretching and toning the muscles and tendons, expanding the range of movement and stimulating the circulation. The spine becomes limber and strong, and breathing capacity increases. The result is a sound and supple body of fluid strength and vigorous health. Bring a pad, comfortable clothing. Don't eat at least 1 hr before class
