USKO Karate Fit Kickboxing

This 'aerobic', non-contact program is now the nation's most exciting, new fitness craze! Our course incorporates basic sparring skills, beginning kick-boxing techniques and aerobics in an upbeat method to get you in the shape of your life. Experience in the martial arts is not required or necessary! Come join in the fun! All it takes is a little ryhthm and 45 minutes. (No uniform required). Ages: 13 yrs and up.
