How did you do that? Have you been on a cruise ship and seen the fruit carving done by chefs? Maybe you have seen this at your country club buffet or at a hotel brunch. Don't be scared it is very easy to learn the basics. By the end of class you will have carved and made seahorses, birds, angelfish, seals and even a beatiful all natural table center piece from veggies. Soon your family and friends will say,"How did you do that?" This is a wonderful class to share with a friend and learn some culinary "tricks of the hand."
