Red Pepper Spray Training and Certific.

Red Pepper Spray is highly potent, yet non-lethal, environmentally safe, non-toxic and non-inflamable. Spray will incapacitate any attacker immediately, causing intense spasmodic coughing that lasts up to 1 hour. To be certified to carry , participants must view a 30-minute video tape and demonstrate the ability to hit a target 10' away. Bring valid driver's license to receive certification card. Persons ages 16-17 must have parental approval.
