Hydro-Therapy Class

Great for arthritis, back problems, hip, shoulder or knee surgeries. Class held in our heated wading pool and taught by physical therapists. Class is easy on the joints and you can jparticipate at your own level. Doctor's release required, and participants must be able to indepedently enter and exit thepool. Register at class only.
